Being a part of this musical and playing this role was so eye-opening and life changing. Brooklyn made me realize all of the parts in myself that needed to break free of my self-doubt and self-lifting beliefs in order to be the type of person and performer I know I am deep down and always wanted to be. Not only just by playing this challenging role did this show help me realize that, but also Brooklyn herself and her story spoke to me so much in that way.
